Return and exchange conditions

Claims are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods and within the warranty period for the equipment.

Return of the goods of improper quality

1. It's necessary to send a photo or video of the defective goods (the brand name, product name and the defect itself should be clearly distinguishable on it), the order number and the description of the situation to [email protected].
2. Quality manager will contact you on weekdays from 9-18 o'clock to solve the situation. On goods without warranty period claims are accepted within 14 days of receipt. For goods with a warranty period - during the warranty period. The warranty period starts to be calculated from the moment of receiving the goods by the customer.


Detection of defects of goods and warranty cases


To reveal defects the store takes the goods for diagnostics. All expenses for its performance are covered by the store.

If after the examination it turns out that the goods were originally defective, the store either returns the money or sends a new product of proper quality.

If the equipment breaks down during the warranty period through no fault of the consumer, the equipment is repaired under warranty at the service center.

If diagnosis shows that the failure is not the fault of the manufacturer and the case is not under warranty, the cost of sending the goods and diagnostics in the service center is paid by the buyer.


Return of goods of proper quality


The goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of order.


Goods may be returned if:


- Its trade dress is preserved (the goods have not been used by the consumer, the seals, manufacturer's labels, etc. are not broken);
- The consumer properties of the goods are preserved;
- The consumer has the documents, confirming that it was he who purchased the goods.


Important to know:

1. Manufacturers at their discretion and without further notice may change the appearance and packaging of the goods.
2. Online store is not responsible for the delivery of the order, if the Buyer has specified an incorrect delivery address.
3. Online store is not responsible if the Buyer's expectations about the consumer properties of the product were not justified.
4. The online store is not responsible for any damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the products purchased on the online store.
5. Online store is not responsible for any losses of the Buyer, arising from improper filling of the order form, including incorrect specification of personal data and unauthorized actions of third parties.
6. All information materials presented on the site are of a reference character. If the Buyer has any questions about the properties and characteristics of the goods, before ordering, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller for additional information.


To return the goods it is necessary:

1. Send a picture of the goods in their original packaging to [email protected] with the order number and a description of the reason for return. A manager will contact you on business days from 9-18.
2. You will be offered the way of returning the goods depending on the region of residence.
3. You may be refused a refund or exchange of goods of proper quality. Each request is considered on an individual basis.
4. If the Quality Department approves, we will return or exchange the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


General Provisions

1. Refunds are made based on the way you paid for your order. When you pay for your order by bank card on the site or in the terminals, refunds can only be made to the bank card from which payment was made, and only to the owner of the bank card upon presentation of his passport.

Please note! Transfer of the bank card by the rules of the banking organization to another person is prohibited.
When returning the goods, the customer must fill out a return form, indicating the passport data.
2. Refunds are issued within a period not exceeding 10 business days.
