Method of application:

1. Prepare nails: perform manicure, degrease the surface and apply base coat.

2. Apply a thin layer of Neon Party Cat Eye gel-lacquer and polymerise in LED-lamp for 30-60 seconds.**

3. Apply a second coat, do not polymerise it immediately.

4. Use a special Cat Eye gel polish magnet and place it on the nail for 5-10 seconds to create a cat eye effect.

5. Polymerise in the lamp.

6. Apply top coat and cure again in the lamp.
