Beautiful legs: we will reveal the secrets of caring for them
Women are the lovely half of humanity. Being a woman is a huge job. Well-groomed appearance, various jewelry, beautiful clothes, beauty salons, and if you go through the list, you can still enumerate many more what women strive for in order to achieve the ideal. Legs are an equally important part of a woman's body. It doesn't matter how long or short they are, thick or thin, the main thing is that they should always be well-groomed, at any time of the year. In this article, we want to share with tips for caring for the legs.

TIP 1. TAKE CARE OF YOUR FEET REGARDLESS OF THE SEASON

Many women are used to caring for their legs in the summer, but in the winter, or rather, if the legs are not visible, then why take care of them, anyway no one sees them except ourselves. This is a myth, since the feet should be cared for constantly, no matter summer or winter.

TIP 2. DO A PEDICURE EVERY WEEKS

A pedicure is not only a hygienic and aesthetic, but also a preventive procedure that avoids many problems. In case of «problem feet», hardware pedicure will be the most effective. Due to the fact that different cutter attachments are used for it for removing cuticles, sharpening nails, grinding, treating the skin, thanks to a hardware pedicure, you can achieve an almost perfect condition of the feet, correct the irregular shape of nails and forget about such troubles as corns, cracks, calluses, etc. ingrown nails. All these problems are perfectly amenable to «treatment» with a hardware pedicure.

TIP 3. USE A GOOD FOOT CREAM

In the composition of a good cream, it is best to include vegetable oils, which have a strong nourishing and regenerating effect, and emollient components (allantoin, bisabolol, panthenol). Foot cream should be used daily. If your feet dry out due to walking barefoot or just wearing open shoes, choose creams with intensely moisturizing and moisture-retaining ingredients (urea, glycerin, lecetin, aloe extract, collagen, etc.) for summer foot care.

TIP 4. WATCH OUT FOR SWEATING FEET

In case of increased sweating, talcum powder, a cream with a deodorant effect, or a special deodorant are useful for taking care of your feet in summer. If sweating is very high, then spray on your shoes. The main condition is that all these products are applied only to clean and dry skin. Try to wear breathable shoes that are suitable for the weather and socks made from natural materials. Another good solution would be various foot baths, which can be done once a week. It will be good to add sea or rock salt, essential oils or special bath products to such baths. This will relieve fatigue, stress and soften your heels.

TIP 5. DO NOT REACH THE HARDENED SKIN OF THE HEELS

During a shower or a bath (foot bath), intensively massage the heels with a pumice brush or a rough scrub, and then spread a nourishing cream, for example, salicylic acid creams (use them daily). Salicylic acid prevents excess keratin formation, the main culprit behind the roughness of the feet and the thickening of the top layer. Such procedures will also be a good prevention of cracked heels (emollient creams or an old proven remedy, castor oil, which need to be lubricated instead of cream, will also help get rid of them).

BATH EFFECT: The main task of the baths is to soften the top layer of the skin and help to painlessly separate the hardened particles. Baths with sea salt and essential oils are very useful. They perfectly soften the skin, improve blood circulation and relieve muscle tension in the legs. By the way, natural sea salt destroys pathogenic microflora - the root cause of fungal diseases of the feet.

TIP 6. WHEN DOING A HOME PEDICURE, TRY NOT TO MAKE MISTAKES

If you prefer a home pedicure, then start with a foot bath: softened skin and nails are easier to process. To keep the skin of the feet soft and smooth for a longer time, use special lotions with AHA acids or sodium hydroxide instead of pumice, pedicure graters and scrapers, which gently dissolve keratinized skin. And do not use pedicure machines with blades: the main mistake of inexperienced craftsmen is that they cut off too much skin, affecting living cells. As a result, the skin thickens and becomes rough. Remove the cuticle carefully (no cuts, only good quality tools) and do not peel the pockets too hard.

TIP 7: TAKE CARE OF YOUR TOENAILS

Toe nails also need care. Hygienic care comes down to regular cutting of the nail plate and removing dirt from under it. Many people cut their nails incorrectly, which leads to deformation and ingrowth of the nail plate. A few simple rules for trimming your fingernails:
1. Do not cut your nails too short, leave a free edge at least 1mm long.
2. Do not cut corners, you do not need to round your toenails.
3. Do not cut wet or wet nails - this is fraught with delamination of the nail plate.
4. An ingrown toenail should be resuscitated immediately or see a specialist.

SUMMING UP THE RESULTS OF FOOT CARE

1. Choose shoes and socks made from natural materials. In it, the legs sweat less, which means they are less susceptible to infection by the fungus.
2. Wear shoes that fit. No need to wear tight or small shoes.
3. But don't forget about moisturizing - this is the best prevention of cracks.
4. Keep your feet dry and hygienic regularly. You can use not only foot deodorants, but talcum powder as well.
5. Do not wear shoes with thin flat soles - the load on the feet increases.
6. High heels or wedges are not suitable for daily wear.
7. The insole should be of medium hardness, and if damaged, replace it with a new one.
8. Do not wear someone else's shoes, even temporarily.
9. Do not go barefoot in public places, and when you return home - wash them thoroughly.
