The teabag method is a proven and easy way to temporarily repair a broken nail. All it takes is a little bit of care and a few minutes of time.

So, for a quick nail repair you will need:

- A tea bag;
- Transparent varnish or glue for overlays nails;

- Nail file;

- Tweezers.

1. Gently file the edges of the broken nail and smooth the surface of the broken nail. It should be smooth and even.

2. Take a new teabag and carefully cut off a small piece of it - so that it completely covers the damaged area.

3. Apply some clear varnish or glue and wait for it to dry completely.

4. Place the prepared piece of teabag on top, press it gently against the nail, and then reapply the varnish or glue.

5. Once completely dry, gently buff the surface of the nail with a file to a smooth finish.

6. It's time to get started on your manicure! Apply the base, then your favourite coloured nail polish and top coat.

In this procedure, instead of a tea bag, you can use any other thin material - paper or non-woven. For example, a paper towel, toilet paper or napkin will do.

However, it's important to remember: you need to apply such a quick fix as soon as you notice damage to your nail. If the nail peels off halfway, even a quick repair will be much more difficult and inconvenient to do.
